Privacy Overview

NFT Generator ("the Application") is a fully client-side web application. This Privacy Policy explains what data (if any) is processed when you use the application and how it is handled.

The short version: we don't collect your data. Nothing you do inside the application is sent to us or any third party. All processing happens locally in your browser.

No Tracking or Analytics

NFT Generator does not:

• Use any analytics services (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.)
• Track your usage, clicks, or behavior
• Collect IP addresses or device identifiers
• Display third-party advertisements
• Fingerprint your browser or device
• Share any data with advertisers or data brokers

Third-Party Services

The application loads certain resources from third-party CDNs for functionality:

• Google Fonts — Font files are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com. Google may log your IP as part of this request. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• JSZip & FileSaver.js — Loaded from Cloudflare CDN for ZIP export functionality. CDN providers may log standard access logs.

These are the only external resources loaded. Your NFT artwork, metadata, and account data are never sent to these services.

Cookies & Storage

NFT Generator does not use cookies. Instead, it uses localStorage and sessionStorage (Web Storage API) to persist application data locally.

• localStorage — Persists indefinitely until cleared by you
• sessionStorage — Used only for temporary session tracking; cleared automatically when you close the browser tab

You can clear all application data at any time via Settings → Clear All Saved Data within the app, or by clearing your browser's site data for this application.

Your Rights & Controls

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control:

• Access — Open browser DevTools → Application → Local Storage to see all stored data
• Update — Edit your profile and preferences within the "My Account" section of the app
• Delete — Use Settings → Clear All Saved Data, or clear browser site data manually
• Export — All generated NFTs and metadata are exported directly to your chosen folder

Because we do not hold or process your personal data on any server, there is no data to request deletion of from our side.

Security

While we take care to build a secure application, please be aware of the following:

• Passwords are stored using btoa() (Base64 encoding), which is not a cryptographic hash. Do not reuse passwords from other important accounts.
• Anyone with physical or remote access to your device can read localStorage data using browser developer tools.
• Use the "Log Out" feature on shared devices to remove your session.

For maximum security, use a unique password for this application and regularly clear your browser data on shared devices.

Children's Privacy

NFT Generator is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect or store personal information from individuals under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please use the Settings → Clear All Saved Data option to remove all locally stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
